The Evergreen School District sexual abuse scandal has left an entire community searching for answers as to how innocent children were subjected to unspeakable crimes. When a parent sends his or her child to school, they place the ultimate trust in teachers and school administrators to provide a safe and healthy learning environment. When this trust is broken there are tough questions that must be answered. While these questions are painful, they must be addressed to help protect other children from being victimized in the future.
